A Healthful Reminder

Go ahead! Pour yourself a glass.

I drink mine warm or at room temperature.

But if you prefer, ice cold water isn't a bad option either.

So pour. Drink up.

For those non-water drinkers, just adding one 8 oz. glass to your day can make a difference. All it takes is baby steps.

So pour... And enjoy!
